Develop and write recruiting process from job requisition hand off to interview stage which included recruiting strategies and methods. Implement sourcing process and techniques to identify hidden talent through internal database, external network, referrals, job boards, social networking sites, user groups, associations, and job fairs. Lead account management function to support hiring leaders regarding project requirements, timelines, budgets, and overall needs Gather information from the executives and hiring Managers and write up job requisitions. Maintain customer interaction to monitor and support deployment of resources to projects and understanding ongoing and future needs of the projects. Review job descriptions to understand the needs of the department(s) and hiring manager(s) as well to ask questions that’ll help in identifying the right candidate(s). Research and provide information to hiring managers on the hiring trends, challenges, technology advances, and candidate’s expectations.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and good communication skills.
Work Location:
Primarily worksite at Chandler, Arizona . relocation possible.
